Jonathan Richman, PE - Engineer

Jonathan grew up in LA's suburban sprawl and developed an interest in alternative building designs that escape the overconsumption he observed. He studied civil engineering at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and began working in the Bay Area, where he became a licensed professional. He made the exciting choice to join Verdant and focus his career on structural design that prioritizes renewable and repurposed materials. He looks forward to collaborating with clients, architects, contractors, and other skilled professionals in the natural building community.
