VSE is experienced in providing structural services for a variety of heavy timbered structures, including traditional mortise-and-tenon joinery and hybrid systems using custom or manufactured steel connectors.
Our timber frame projects include stand-alone pergolas and enclosed buildings with a variety of wall systems, including straw bale, hemp-lime, and wood-framing.
VSE is a proud member of the Timber Framers Guild and counts a former timber-frame carpenter among its staff.
