A new residential build located within El Cerrito. Highlights include large open floor plans with expansive glazing and smooth transitions from interior to exterior spaces. The building incorporates straw insulation, custom cantilever stairs, a hidden rainwater cistern below the exterior patio, as well as numerous other near-invisible architectural details tailored to the client’s wishes, while accommodating the geographic and climate requirements of the site.
