OCEANSPRAY MULTI-FAMILY HOUSE

5,100 square feet, three-story type-V-B multi-family construction. The townhomes include four attached two-bedroom, two-bath townhome units insulated with straw bales for thermal comfort and low carbon emissions. 

This structure has 400 three-string builtds and is one of Ashland's biggest ecological housing projects.

Interesting features: Staircase built with reclaimed wood salvaged from the original building that once stood at this site
